中职校信息化教学大赛提升服装专业教师核心素养的研究

伴随我国经济社会的转型与发展,社会各行各业对专业技术人才的需求量也越来越大,这对中职学校人才的培养提出了更高的要求。但是,我国不少中职学校的教师在核心素养上还存在一些缺陷和不足,尤其是服装专业,由于一直以来该专业受到的重视度不够,教师的核心素养与能力也无法得到有效提升。为了改善服装专业的教学质量,学校必须加强对该专业教师核心素养的提升。实践证明,通过开展信息化教学大赛,可在一定程度上提升教师的核心素养。本课题针对中职校信息化教学大赛提升服装专业教师核心素养进行了分析和研究。

Study on improving the core accomplishment of garment teachers in the information teaching competition of secondary vocational schools

With the transformation and development of our country’s economy and society,the demand for professional and technical talents in all walks of life is also increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in secondary vocational schools.However,teachers in many secondary vocational schools in our country still have some defects and shortcomings in core literacy,especially clothing major,because of the lack of attention to this major,teachers’core literacy and ability cannot be effectively improved.In order to improve the teaching quality of the clothing specialty,the school must strengthen the improvement of the core accomplishment of the professional teachers.Practice has proved that through the development of information teaching competition,improve the core literacy of teachers to a certain extent.This paper analyzes and studies the improvement of the core accomplishment of the teachers in the information teaching competition.
