滩海油田深抽工艺技术在低产液油井的应用

摘    要:通过对三抽系统杆、管、泵的综合评价,油井产能的预测,多级杆柱组合应力计算的研究,使泵挂深度平均由2200m加深至3000m,并努力突破3500m的泵挂深度。取得了平均加深泵挂800m,平均提高泵效10个百分点,增油量显著的效果。

Abstract:Through the comprehensive evaluation of the three pumping system’s rod,pipe and pump,the prediction of oil well productivity,and the study of the calculation of the combined stress of the multi-stage rod string,the average depth of pump hanging is deepened from 2200m to 3000m,and efforts are made to break through the 3500m depth of pump hanging.The results show that the average depth of pump hanging is 800 m,the average pump efficiency is increased by 10%,and the oil production is increased significantly.
