铬酸盐钝化膜对低锡量镀锡板性能的影响

摘    要:1.0/1.0g/m2低锡量镀锡板镀锡层薄,其使用常常因耐蚀性降低而受到影响.为了解决这个问题,采取增加1.0/1.0g/m2低锡量镀锡板表面铬酸盐钝化膜厚度方法,来弥补由于镀锡层降低带来的耐蚀性下降缺陷.结果表明,增加铬酸盐钝化膜厚度能保证1.0/1.0g/m2低锡量镀锡板的耐蚀性能、焊接性能、涂印性能,可满足使用要求.

Abstract:Because the tin- plating thick of 1.0/1.0 g/m~2 low tin steel sheet (LTS) is very thin, the use of LTS is usually affected by decrease of corrosion resistance. Increasing the thick ness of chromate passive film on tinplating surface of LTS was adopted to solve the problem of cor- rosion resistance decrease, and effects of increasing surface chro- mate passive film thick on the welding performance and coating properties were also introduced. Results show that the improving method can meet above all application requirements.
