浅淡常规水电站能否替代蓄能电站

摘    要:抽水蓄能电站是适应电力系统运行要求而出现的。由于不断采用新技术,机组适应水头范围和单机容量不断扩大,功能日益扩展、完善,除调峰填谷外可进行调频、调相(包括进相)和备用,并可根据系统运行要求进行十多种运行方式的快速转换。常规水电除发电外也可担任抽水蓄能电站的部分功能,其灵活性和适应性不及前者,因此不能完全替代抽水蓄能电站。

Abstract:A pumped-storage hydropower plant has emerged as a result of being able to meet operational requirements of a power system. With uninterrupted adoption of new technique the capability of its generating unit suiting to a high water head and the installed capacity per unit are both increasing. A pumped-storage hydroplant has more and more functions and the functions are being perfected. It can perform frequency modulation, phase modulation, and serve as a spare in addition to peak shifting. Further, it can make conversion of more than ten operational modes at a high speed according to the operating requirements of the system, while a conventional hydropower station is also able to undertake some of a pumped-storage hydroplant s functions besides power generation, but its flexibility and adaptability are inferior to a pumped-storage hydroplant. Therefore, a conventional hydropower station can not replace a pumped-storage hydroplant as a whole.
