环形防喷器封井过程的数值模拟

摘    要:环形防喷器是石油钻井行业常用的重要设备,但是国内在大口径、高压力级别的环形防喷器的设计和制造方面,还不能完全满足生产需要。为此,在建立锥形胶心环形防喷器的三维有限元模型的基础上,通过对无钻杆和φ89mm钻杆2种状态下封井过程的数值模拟,得到了胶心变形时各部分橡胶的运动规律和应力、应变的分布状况,指出容易发生破坏的部位,分析了封井时密封部位接触压力的分布形态和变化规律,为设计和使用环形防喷器提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract:As an important commonly-used device in the drilling industry,the domestic annular blowout preventer cannot meet the demand of the production completely in terms of designing and manufacturing large caliber and high pressure level preventers.Therefore,on the basis of establishing three-dimensional finite-element model of annular blowout preventer with conical rubber core,the motion rule and the stress-strain distribution of every part of rubber with the rubber core deformed are obtained through the numerical simulation of capping operation.In addition,the locations susceptible to damage are pointed out,and the distribution form and changing rule of the contact pressure at the sealing location while the capping operation is carried out are analyzed,providing the theoretical reference basis for designing and using annular blowout preventer.
