| 摘 要： | 从施工、业主、工程师、合同等方面分析了索赔产生的原因,阐述了索赔的证据及施工索赔的程序和时限的有关规定,并从工程施工前的准备阶段、收集签证阶段、竣工结算阶段对索赔工作的实施进行了论述,以做好建筑施工索赔工作。

| Abstract: | From construction, owner, engineer, contract and other aspects reasons caused the claim are analyzed. The evidence of claims and construction claim program as well as specification on time limit are elaborated. From the ready period before the engineering, the visa collection period, the final financial account, it discusses construction claim,in order to do claim work well for construction. |
