采油用钢管的检测与缺陷识别

摘    要:采油用钢管的检测关系采油井的安全和生产效率.目前国内、外采用水压法对新、旧采油用管检测,但只能检出通孔和丝扣损伤少数缺陷.本文用漏磁方法结合磁通量高速检测法可检出管体内、外壁及内部各种缺陷.通过长期检测的积累,并将检测图形曲线与有缺陷的采油用管解剖对比资料输入计算机作为模板.检测中,由计算机根据检测结果与模板比较,分析、识别缺陷类型,分选出含对油井有危害缺陷的和无危害损伤的采油用管.

DETECTION FOR PRODUCTION STEEL PIPES AND FLAWSKINDS DISCERNMENT
Abstract:Detecting production steel pipes is important to oil well’s safety and productivity. All production pipes are detected by pressure test in all oil field. It can only find small flaws such as holes and damaged screw. We studdad a high-speed tester named LMT (leakage magnetic tester) and MFCT (magnetic flux change tester), it can find all flaws. In long time, we have collected detecting date, made large pattern of damaged pipes that in computer. In practical testing course, computer analyzes flaws signals and contrast to models and offset pipes that can damage oil well from all.
