水涡轮机械泥沙磨损预测

摘    要:分别建立了水涡轮机械中、低、高浓度固液两相流湍流模型及泥沙磨损模型。数值预测了一低浓度含沙水流中水轮机导叶部件和一高浓度含沙水流中泥浆泵蜗室的磨损分布。数值模拟结果与实际中所表现的情况较为一致。

Abstract:Turbulence models and wear models of low concentration as well as high concentration solid Liquid two- Phase flows in hydraulic turbomachinery are developed.The wear rate of the gate vane of a hydlaulic turbine in sand-Laden water and the wear distribution in a centrifugal slurry pump are numericallymodelled.The numerical predictions show good agreement with practical wear distribution,of the flow- pass-ing parts.
