激光平行检测阵列弹幕测试系统安装误差分析及修正

摘    要:针对线激光平行检测阵列测试弹幕武器密集度时的结构误差问题,研究了不同安装误差情况对测量误差的影响,给出了误差传递关系式。定量分析了安装误差引起的测量误差分布情况,并分析了靶面面积为10 m×10 m,靶框安装距离误差5 cm,向右倾斜2°,向后倾斜2°时,3种典型误差同时存在情况下的测量误差分布情况。结果表明:x坐标最大误差为-10.87 cm,y坐标最大误差为2.13 cm,且x坐标为负误差,y坐标为正误差。结合测量误差分布情况,进行了存在安装误差情况下的坐标测量实验,根据实验数据进行了误差修正。

Abstract:A line laser parallel detector array barrage weapon dispersion measuring method is presented for structure installation errors.The influences of installation errors on measurement are researched,and an error transfer formula is given.The measuring error distribution of structural installation errors is analyzed quantitatively.When a target area is 10 m × 10 m,the installing distance error σ of detector array and line laser is 5 cm,and the target leans 2° to the right and 2° backwards.The results show that the maximum error of x coordinate is-10.87 cm,the maximum error of y coordinate is 2.13 cm.Measurement experiment of the coordinate is carried out in the case of installation error according to the distribution of measurement errors,and the coordinate measurement errors are corrected according to the experimental data.
