摘    要:为解决长期困扰某型装备灭火领域的难题,提出一种灭火瓶喷射控制方法.分析灭火系统的组成和实现转换功能的难点,描述灭火瓶喷射控制方法的工作原理,分析给出一个可行的压力传感器转换值,并通过试验数据对其技术成熟度和经济性进行分析.结果表明:该方法是有效的,能快速采集到灭火瓶是否喷射的信息,较好解决转换功能实现过程中的时间定位难度,实现无停顿、无间隔、无延迟的持续灭火.

Abstract:To solve the problem existing in the field of fire extinguishing for certain type vehicles for a long time, a method of spray control for extinguishing bottle is put forward. It gives the composition of a fire extinguishing system and bottleneck for function transformation. The working principle of the spray control method for extinguishing bottle is described. It also gives a feasible pressure sensor conversion value, and analyzes the technical maturity and economy of the proposed method. The test results show that the proposed method is effective, and can quickly judge when the drug of extinguishing bottle is used up, which better solve the difficult time orientation in the process of transformation function, and really realize no pause, no spacing, no delay for fire extinction.
