某迫击炮座钣力学特性的有限元分析

摘    要:为研究某迫击炮座钣在密实中硬土上发射过程中的结构强度问题,建立座钣与土壤耦合力学有限元模型.采用静态分析,分别建立2种不同材料座钣置于密实中硬土上的有限元分析模型,并使用ANSYS Workbench对模型进行结构强度和刚度分析,得到不同材料下座钣的应力以及位移的变化规律.仿真结果表明:同种加载方式下,座钣所受的最大应力位置基本一致,选取TC4钛合金材料,座钣所受的最大应力远远小于其屈服极限;其结果对迫击炮座钣轻量化研究具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to study the strength of certain type mortar base plate on the mid-hard soil during firing, a coupling mechanics finite element model of mortar's base plate and hard soil was built. Use static analysis, finite element analysis model of two different material mortar base plates on the mid-hard soil were built separately, and use ANSYS Workbench to analyze structural strength and stiffness of the model. Acquire base plate strength of different materials and displacement change principle. The simulation results shows that the position of the mortar maximum stress is similar in the same loading condition, using TC4 titanium alloy, mortar base plate maximum stress suffered far less than its yield limit. The result is a reference to mortar base plate lightweight design.
