摘    要:为有效监测工艺生产设备的运行状况,设计一种基于双MCU的多通道信号检测模块.采取软硬件设计相结合的设计思路,将测量功能与通信响应功能分别由不同的MCU承担,一个MCU完成测量过程,另一个MCU负责通信及模块自检.负责测量过程的MCU单纯进行信号选通及信号的数字化,并以推送的方式将测量结果递交给负责通信的MCU,保障了测量时序不被通信响应打断.负责通信的MCU响应上位系统的测量命令,并恒定产生频率、幅值固定的信号,此自检信号通过所有处理环节,实现测量结果的自校正和测量电路的自检.测量结果表明:该设计能提高模块的可靠性,具有较高的实用价值,已在实际应用过程中得到验证.

Abstract:In order to effectively monitor the operation status of production equipment, a multi-channel signal detection module based on dual MCU is designed. Taking the design ideas of software and hardware design, the measurement function and the communication response function are assumed by different MCU, one MCU completes the measurement process, and the other MCU is responsible for the communication and the module self checking. Measurement process MCU realizes simple signal gating and signal digitization, and push the measurement results to communication MCM to ensure that the measurement sequence is not interrupted by communication response. Communication MCU is responsible for measurement command of a host system, and creates single with fixed frequency and amplitude. The self checking signals go through all aspects of the processing and realize self correcting of measurement result and self checking of measurement circuit. The measurement results show that the design can improve the reliability of the module, and has high practical value, which has been verified in the application process.
