摘    要:针对新形势下我军防化装备使命任务的调整转变对装备保障带来的巨大挑战,提出必须走军民融合装备保障的发展道路。参考美军装备保障的发展案例,结合防化装备军民融合保障概念内涵,从总体设想和组织结构2个方面提出军民融合下防化装备保障的3种模式——平时保障模式、战时保障模式和承制合同企业保障模式,并重点对各模式下地方保障力量的引进和使用进行研究。结果表明:该研究可为当前深化军队改革大潮下,加快推动我国军民融合保障进程提供有益参考。

Abstract:It raises that we must take the path of development of civil-military integration equipment support, based on the development case of USA military equipment support and the huge challenge for equipment support from adjustment and transformation under the new situation of our army chemical defense equipment mission. On this basis, combining with the concept connotation of chemical defense equipment civil-military integration support, it puts forward 3 patterns of chemical defense equipment support beneath civil-military integration from the 2 aspects of the overall assume and organizational structure-peacetime support pattern, wartime support pattern, and manufacturing agreement enterprises support pattern, and discusses the import and use of local support force. Under the reform tide of the army, this paper may provide a useful reference for promoting the process of our country civil-military integration support.
