| 摘 要： | 为克服传统数据包络分析法存在"相对有效性"不足的缺陷,建立将改进的数据包络分析法与层次分析法有机结合的评估模型.构造最优与最差的虚拟装甲兵部队为标杆,以此对评估部队进行信息化作战能力排序,并通过仿真数据进行验证.结果表明:该方法的评估结果与客观实际相吻合,是有效、可信的.

| Abstract: | The evaluation model is established based on modified data envelopment analysis (DEA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in order to overcome the defects of traditional DEA with relative validity. By constructing the best and worst fictitious armored forces as the benchmark, which can be used to reorder the informationization operation capability of armored forces, and be verified by simulated data. The result shows that the method is reliable and believable, and the evaluation results are in accord with the objective reality. |
