基于单片机控制的姿控发动机电弧点火系统

摘    要:为解决姿控发动机电弧点火控制系统中存在的难点,设计一套基于STC15W404S单片机为控制核心的姿控发动机电弧点火控制系统.该系统采用74HC4514译码锁存器对单片机I/O口进行扩展,利用单稳态电路对点火开关电路进行定时控制,实现了对多台固体姿控发动机之间的实时同步点火,最后设计了一个看门狗复位,增加了系统的可靠性,达到设计目的,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:Designed a set of attitude control engine arc ignition system which took STC15W404S microprocessor as control core. The system uses 74HC4514 decode latch to extend single ship microcomputer I/O port, and adopts mono-stable circuit to realize timed control of ignition switch circuit. Realize real-time synchronization ignition among multi attitude control engines. At last, designed a watchdog reset, and increased the reliability of the system. Reached the design purpose, and had some practical value.
