摘    要:从思想认识、检验标准、方法手段、保障条件、人才力量和配套机制6个方面,分析了当前炮兵指挥信息系统装备实战化检验存在的现实困难,提出了强化实战思维、科学确定标准、创新方法手段、完善保障条件、增强专业力量和健全配套机制的可行对策,为推动炮兵指挥信息系统装备实战化检验研究,促进装备实战化质量建设提供有益参考.

Abstract:Based on thinking, standard, method, condition, talent and mechanism, this paper has analyzed current difficulties in combat inspection of artillery command information system equipments(ACISE). Then the author presents the feasible methods such as strengthening fighting thought, setting scientific standards, innovating practicable means, improving security conditions, enhancing professional abilities, building perfect mechanisms. These results are helpful to pushing forward the research on inspection of ACISE and giving reference for promoting combat quality of equipments.
