金属板裂纹尖端电磁热场边界元解析

摘    要:给出金属板在高密度电流脉冲下裂纹尖端电流肤效应和急剧发热升温解析的边界元法,本法在时频转换,差分格式和时变基本解等三种解法中采用时变基本解建立边界积分方程。文中列举钢板裂纹尖端电流密度和温度场算例,并与试验结果和温度场函数解分布曲线作了对比,吻合较好,本文为开发金属结构,轧辊及铸管模等电磁热止裂及延寿工艺技术提供高精度快速定量数值解法。

Abstract:Concerns BEM(boundary element method) of electric current concentrating effect and temperature rising analysis at the crack tip with high density electric pulse. Among time frequency transformation method, difference scheme and time dependant fundamental solution method, BEM applies the last one to build boundary integral equation. This paper takes electric current density and temperature field of steel crack tip as examples,and contrasts the experiment results with the function solution curve of the temperature field. The two are in good accord. The paper provides quantification numerical method with high precision and speed to develop elec tromagnetic thermal anti crack and increase of service life technology for metal structure,roll and casting mold etc.
