摘    要:介绍了JMR聚醚润滑剂的合成方法、各种性能评价方法和评价结果,评价内容包括荧光、润滑性、抑制性和对钻井液性能的影响;给出了在江汉油田的应用卖例。研究结果表明,该润滑剂荧光级别低于3级,对钻井液流变性无影响。在淡水聚合物钻井液中加量为2%时,润滑系数降低68%以上;在15%的盐水聚合物钻井液中加量为2%时,润滑系数降低50%以上,同时该润滑剂对基浆具有一定的降滤失作用,对钻屑具有一定的抑制作用。10多井次的现场应用结果表明,该润滑剂具有较好的润滑效果,有利于提高机械钻速。

Abstract:This paper presents aspects about the JMR lubricant, including the synthetic method, various property evaluation methods, and evaluation results. Effects on mud properties from fluorescence, lubricating, and inhibition are evaluated. Application samples in the Jianghan oilfield are presented also. The results in lab show that the fluorescence level is less than 3 and has no affects on mud properties. Lubricating coefficient is reduced more then 68% while adding 2% of it in fresh polyol drilling fluid, and it is reduced more then 50% while adding it with the same ratio in 15% brine drilling fluid. In addition, the lubricant can lower filtration, inhibit cuttings. Its applications to 40 wells indicate that the lubricant performs very well and are help to increase the ROP.
