基于MIS的输变电设备智能巡检和修试ABC规范化文档管理系统的开发及应用

介绍了广电集团汕头供电分公司在现有的生产MIS中，开发输变电智能巡检和输变电设备修试ABC规范化文档管理功能，研发系统与外围移动设备PDA、平板电脑和笔记本电脑等的接口，在输电杆塔和主要变电设备上设置巡视现场标识器件，根据各种岗位人员不同的工作性质配备相应的管理系统外围移动设备，形成一套规范化的输变电设备智能巡检修试业务生产管理流程。

Development and application of ABC standardized document management system of intelligent inspection tour, repair and test for the transmission and transformation electricity equipment based on MIS

This article introduces how to make an intelligent inspection tour function to the transmission and transformation electricity equipment and administration function to the ABC standardized documents about power equipment inspection,repair and test in MIS system of Shantou Power Branch. The interfaces between this software system and mobile peripheral devices such as PDA,Tablet and Notebook computers are developed. Then some identification marking buttons used to inspection tour are set on transmission poles and main transformation equipments. In accordance to different duties,responding mobile peripheral devices are equipped to different persons,and a standardized working and administrating flow about inspection,repair and test of transmission and transformation electricity equipments is formed.
