蒸馏分离-硝酸汞配位滴定法测定水泥中氯离子方法研究

摘    要:通过对蒸馏法分离氯离子工作参数和硝酸汞配位滴定法测定氯技术的理论计算与实验研究,提出了对氯离子蒸馏分离装置的技术参数与测定方法的操作步骤。加热温度及其梯度对氯离子回收的影响较大,载气流速和蒸馏时间的影响较小;提高加热温度和保温罩顶部温度有利于提高氯离子回收量。汞氯配合物平均配位数实测值明显大于其理论值,控制试料称取量,使试液中氯离子浓度与标定时相近,可减小滴定误差。

Abstract:The procedure of chloride ion determination and its technical parameters by means of fractional distillation mercuric nitrate complexometry were presented with theoretical calculation and experimental research.The temperature and its gradient influenced the recovery rate of chloride ion remarkably while the influence of carrier gas velocity and time of distillation are less.The increasing of the heating up temperature and temperature at insulated top cover was helpful to promote the recover of chloride ion.The average coordination number of Hg and Cl was much more than its theoretical value.The controlling of the sampling dosage to make the concentration of chloride ion in the solution as closer as that value when be titrated could reduce the titration error
