夹杂物形貌对卡车车轮疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:采用三种不同炼钢工艺,得到卡车车轮用钢中夹杂物的不同形貌特征。通过卡车车轮的弯曲、径向疲劳试验,验证了不同夹杂物形貌对卡车车轮疲劳性能的影响。研究表明:采用KR脱硫+改进后的LF精炼+氩气保护浇铸工艺,可以得到理想的夹杂物形貌特征。此外,提出了卡车车轮钢夹杂物控制的要求。

Abstract:The different inclusions morphologies in the truck wheel steel are obtained by using three different smelting processes. The effect of different inclusions morphologies on the fatigue properties of truck wheels are verified via the bent and radial fatigue test of truck wheels. The research shows that perfect inclusions morphologies can be gotten after adopting the process of KR desulfuration + improved LF refining + Argon protection casting. Furthermore, the control requirements of inclusions in truck wheel steel are also presented.
