| Abstract: | This paper is aimed to analyze the reasons of the quality defects formed on the Hull structure steel plate according to the modification of steel panel of Shouqin co., Ltd. It is introduced a feasible measure to control the quality defects of steel panel combined with the spot experience. In addition, the differences in the quality, management and information system between the domestic and foreign companies are also pointed out in order to guide the future improvement of Shouqin co., Ltd. |
