| 摘 要： | 涟钢1号连铸机采用动态轻压下技术生产时，轻压下效果不佳，中心疏松和中心偏析达均到2．0级。通过射钉试验发现，实际液芯长度比模型计算长度短约1．6～4．2m，故对铸机凝固末端预报进行了参数化修正，并在基础辊缝的基础上确定了正常与非正常浇铸条件下的轻压下参数，优化后的轻压下使铸坯中心疏松和中心偏析降到0．5级，铸坯横断面上不同位置的C、Mn含量也非常均匀，满足工艺要求。

| Abstract: | During production, adopting dynamic soft reduction technique on 1# slab caster LY steel, the effect is not good, the slab center loosen and segregation equally reached 2.0 grade. Through shotting nail test ,finding the length of fact liquid core is shorter about 1.6 - 4.2 m than the model computing length, therefore,modified the forecasting parameter of caster solidified end. also, ensured the soft reduction parameter of ＂YES＂ or ＂NO＂ casting condition based on the original roll gap,after optimized the soft reduction, the slab center loosen and segregation dropped to 0.5 grade,in addition ,the C, Mn content of the difeerent location on slab transect is very uniform,satisfied the demand of process. |
