德标Mn—Cr系齿轮钢开发与生产实践

摘    要:莱钢特钢事业部通过50tEAF—LF(VD)-方坯连铸-轧制工艺生产德标Mn—Cr系齿轮钢,制定可行的工艺及控制要点,实现窄成分控制,钢中0]、N]分别控制在≤15×10-6和53~68×10-6低倍组织≤1.0级,非金属夹杂物A≤2.0级、B≤1.0级,C、D≤0.5级,晶粒度≥7级、带状组织≤1.5级,末端淬透性等指标均满足用户质量要求。

Abstract:Mn-Cr series gear steel is produced by 50t EAF-LF-VD-CC process in Laiwu special steel business division. For the reason, some measures are taken such as making the feasible process and control points, controlling appropriate chemical elements in steel. The results show that the content of O] is a level of 15 ×10-6 or less; the content of N] is in range of 53 - 68×10-6; the magnitude of its macrostructure is less than or equal to 1.0; non-metallic inclusions type A ≤ 2.0, B ≤1.0, C, D ~〈 0.5; the grain size is greater than or equal to7; the banded structure is a level of 1.5or less; the terminal harden ability and other mechanical properties indexes all meet the quality requirements of the end users.
