摘    要:针对石油套管钢J55冲击功较低的问题,对生产工艺及其产品显微组织进行分析,确定冲击功低是因为带状组织造成。影响带状组织的因素主要是不合理的加热炉制度以及精轧负荷的分配差异所造成,同时卷取温度对带状组织也有一定的影响。

Abstract:In allusion to the low impact energy of J55 oil Casing, after analyzing the technique of production and the microstructure of the products ,we confirm that the reason of low impact energy is coursed by the banded structure .The banded structure is coursed by the immoderate heating-furnace system ,the discrepancy burden allocation of the finish roiling ,and the coiling temperature.
