润滑油异构脱蜡催化剂研究

摘    要:研究了Pd/SAPO-11催化剂在润滑油馏分异构脱蜡反应和正十二烷加氢异构反应中的应用,以及SAPO-11分子筛的硅含量和催化剂的制备方法对催化剂的物化性能及异构活性、选择性的影响。认为在以SAPO-11分子筛为载体的催化剂上进行的润滑油馏分异构脱蜡反应和正十二烷加氢异构反应受扩散控制,因此,由富含二次孔的SAPO-11分子筛制备的和由方法Ⅱ制备的含具有清洁表面的SAPO-11分子筛的Pd/SAPO-11催化剂均表现出较高的异构活性和选择性。

Abstract:The application of Pd/SAPO 11 catalyst in isodewaxing of lube oil distillate and isomerization of n dodecane was studied. The effects of Si content in SAPO 11 molecular sieve and preparation method on properties and hydroisomerization activity and selectivity were studied, too. It was shown that isodewaxing reaction of lube oil distillate and hydroisomerization reaction of n dodecane were controlled by diffusion, so both Pd/SAPO 11 catalysts prepared by SAPO 11 with abundant secondary pores and those prepared by SAPO 11 with clean surface exhibited high isomerization activity and selectivity.
