摘    要:采用乙醇 水为体系进行全回流操作 ,在汽相为湍流状态下对降膜蒸馏塔塔内带有部分冷凝和部分汽化及绝热时的传质特性进行了系统的研究和分析 ,并得出了其相应的传质系数关联式 ,以期为研究DistillationwithSecondaryRefluxandVaporization(简称SRV)以及模拟其节能情况提供一定的理论依据

Abstract:The performances of mass transfer in a wetted wall distillation column with external heating and cooling were investigated experimentally and theoretically at turbulent conditions of gas phase.The corresponding correlation of the mass transfer coefficients for the ethanol water system at total reflux conditions was presented,and it could be used to predict the mass transfer coefficients in the SRV distillation column.
