摘    要:高硅钻井液是一种以新型高硅稳定剂为主要处理剂的强抑制性钻井液体系。介绍了高硅钻井液体系的室内研究与现场应用,通过室内研究形成的高硅钻井液最佳配方与普通有机硅体系的各项性能对比,不仅具有有机硅体系的一切优点,而且提高了整个体系的抑制性和高温稳定性。在深探井的现场应用效果表明,该体系在使用井段始终保持良好的流变性,泥饼薄且致密,易于维护处理,井眼规则,具有抑制造浆、稳定井壁、润滑防卡、流变性好、保护油气层等特点,满足了深探井复杂地层钻井液施工的要求。

Abstract:A new inhibitive drilling fluid - organo-silicon enriched mud is introduced in this paper. Compared with conventional organo-silicon muds, this mud is much more inhibitive and stable at elevated temperatures. The application of this mud in deep exploration wells showed that the mud rheology was easy to control, formation damage was minimized and the maintenance of the mud became easy. Mud cake formed was strong and tough. This mud can be used in deep exploration well drilling.
