加氢装置反应进料加热炉主要设计参数探讨

摘    要:讨论了加氢装置氢油混相反应进料加热炉的主要工艺设计参数,选择这些参数时应综合一次投资、正常操作等各方面的因素.设计热负荷要考虑装置的实际操作情况,不应留太大的余量;炉型选取应根据炉管材质按经济性来确定,管材昂贵的炉子应首选双面辐射炉型;炉管表面热强度应根据油品性质、许用膜温度、炉膛温度、管壁温度等限制条件综合考虑;管径选择应保证管内介质的流速满足流型要求,管内流型推荐雾状流;燃烧器及配风应按炉子操作弹性合理匹配,操作弹性要求大时可设辅助燃烧器.

Abstract:The main process design parameters of reaction feeding furnace of hydrogen oil mixed phase in hydrogenated unit are discussed.The selection of that parameters should sythesize the factors of the frist investment and normal operation etc,.The design of heat load should consider the actual operation of unit,and the load clearance should not reserve too much.The selection of furnace type should be depend on the economy of furnace tube material.The furnace with costly tube material should be gaven frist priority to selection the equiflux furnace.The surface heat strength of furnace tube should be depended on the limitted conditions of oil property,allowable membrance temperature,fire box temperature,tube wall temperature etc.The selection of tube diameter should be ensured the flow velocity of inner medium to satisfy the requirement of flow type.The mist flow is recommened for the flow type in the tube.The burner and air distribution should be matched reasonably with the furnace operation elastic.When the requriement of operation elastic is large,the auxiliary combustion chamber may be installed.
