摘    要:白酒降度后,部分难溶物析出而形成乳浊液,使酒液浑浊,极难澄清及过滤.由G.L.T.组成的澄清剂,无毒,用量少,成本低。方法简单易行,无需增加特别设备,澄清速度快,过滤及去除都很方便,减少了苦味,提高了酒质。

Abstract:With the reduction of alcohoc, some insoluble substances are separated out and emulsion is formed. It is hard to purinfy such emulsion. Purication agent made of G. L. T is non-poisonous, cost saving. The purificationrequiring no additional devices is simple and practical. The purification of low-spirit is quick. It is convinent to filter and remove the floatage. The quality of the spirit is improved with the decrease of bittcr taste.
