线缆混合输电线路行波故障定位系统的研发与应用

摘    要:由于架空线和海底电缆的波阻抗不同,基于双端定位原理的行波故障定位装置在线-缆混合输电线路中无法发挥作用。根据海南联网工程的需要,开发了分布式行波故障定位系统。通过在架空线和海底电缆交界处安装行波故障定位监测终端,记录故障行波方向、GPS时间和行波在不同介质中的传播速度,从而实现故障的区间定位和精确定位。该系统应用于海南联网工程500 kV福港线,其运行情况显示系统工作是安全、可靠的。

Abstract:Due to the discrepancy of wave impedances between overhead lines and submarine cables, traveling wave fault location based on the dual side positioning principle can not adjust to the cable hybrid transmission lines. According to the needs of Hainan's networking project, the distributed traveling wave fault location system is developed. Through installing monitoring terminals of traveling wave fault location at the junction of overhead lines and submarine cables, traveling wave direction, GPS time, and wave propagation velocity in different media can be recorded, and thus achieving fault interval mapping and precise positioning. The system is applied to 500 kV Fushan - Gangcheng line, known as Hainan's networking project, whose operation verifies the system's safty and reliability.
