架空导线碳纤维复合芯棒的结构、组织和性能分析*

摘    要:为深入了解近年研发的架空导线用碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合芯棒的结构、组织和性能,对复合芯棒进行了解剖,借助扫描电镜等仪器设备,观察及分析了复合芯棒的内部结构和组织特征,并同其他常规架空导线的芯棒进行了物理力学性能对比,最后讨论了碳纤维芯棒研究和制备的现状以及存在的问题。架空导线用碳纤维复合芯棒具有自阻尼结构,其重量轻,线膨胀系数小,比强度高。但目前国内商业化生产的芯棒,要完全满足各项性能指标尚存有一些技术障碍,有待今后在技术上进一步完善与突破。

Abstract:In order to understand the structure, texture and properties of the carbon fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite core developed recently for an overhead conductor, the composite cores are dissected. The internal structure and the texture characteristics are observed and analyzed by using SEM (scanning electron microscope) and other equipments. The physical properties and the mechanical properties of various cores for overhead conductors are contrasted, also its concerned actualities and problems are discussed for providing reference to the products and applications of ACCC (aluminum conductor composite core). The carbon fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite core has advantages of self damping structure, light weight, small coefficient of linear expansion and high specific strength. But at present the domestic commercial core production has some technical barriers to fully meet the various performance, which need further improvement and breakthrough of technology in the future.
