| 摘 要： | 为了适应南方电网快速发展的需要,有必要建设满足大电网运营要求的新一代一体化电网运行智能系统。基于南方电网公司"一体化、规范化"管理要求,以实现二次系统一体化为目标,提出覆盖全网各级主站和厂站的一体化电网运行智能系统建设理念,并从系统定义、原则、建设目标、技术方案和建设方案等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To meet the rapid expansion of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), it is necessary to develop a new generation of operation smart system for the operation of a large-scale power grid. According to the requirement of integration and standardization of CSG's management, and with a goal of the secondary system integration, this paper proposes a conceptual model of integrated operation smart system (OS2) that covers all secondary systems in control centers and substations/power plants of CSG, and discusses it in aspects of its definition, principle, objective, technical solution and development solution. |
