| 摘 要： | 洗衣机平衡环盖为非外观件,属环状浅腔类的大中型产品。对其结构进行分析的基础上,完成了该塑件注塑模的结构设计和材料选定,并介绍了模具的工作过程。实践证明该模具结构合理,操作方便,生产效率高。

| Abstract: | Washing machine gimbal cover is not an exterior part,and it is a medium-or large-sized shallow-cavitied orbicular product.Through analyzing the structure of the gimbal cover,the structure designing and the material selection of its injection mold have been finished.The operation process of the injection mold was introduced as well.It was proved in practice that the mold was convenient to operate,with proper structure and high efficiency. |
