摘    要:研究了热处理工艺对新型R4系泊链钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,低温冲击性能升高;从900℃淬水,620~660℃回火30 min后,得到回火托氏体和回火索氏体的混合组织,具有较高的强度和韧性,能满足R4级系泊链钢的力学性能要求.

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type R4 mooring chain steel heat treated by different processes were investigated. The results show that both yield and tensile strengths decrease , and low-temperature impact toughness increases with the elevation of tempering temperature, and that after water quenching from 900℃ and tempering at 620 to 660 ℃ for 30 min, the microstructure of the steel is composed of tempered troostite and tempered sorbite with better strength and toughness, conforming with mechanical property requirements for the R4 mooring chain steel.
