摘    要:研究了760℃时效的时间对0Cr16Ni16奥氏体耐热钢组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着时效时间的延长,晶内析出物增多,抗拉强度和屈服强度均先提高后下降.该钢经1050℃×4h固溶处理并于760℃时效处理5h后,抗拉强度达到最大值730.9 MPa.

Abstract:Effect of aging time at 760℃ on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Crl6Nil6 austenitic heat- resistant steel was investigated. The results show that with the prolongation of aging time, the amount of intragranular precipitates increases, and both tensile strength and yield strength firstly increase and then decrease. The tensile strength of the steel reached a maximum of 730.9 MPa after solution treating at 1050 ℃ for 4 h and aging at 760 ℃ for 5 h.
