摘    要:采用金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析技术研究了2Cr13Ni2不锈钢螺母的开裂失效机制.结果表明,开裂螺母的组织粗大,晶界处的碳化物和硫化物引起了晶间腐蚀,裂纹萌生于粗晶间腐蚀部位,导致该螺母发生沿晶脆性断裂.

Abstract:Cracking mechanism of 2Cr13Ni2 stainless steel nut was investigated by means of metallurgraphic examination, SEM and EDS. The results show that the cracked nut has a eoarse structure with earbides and sulfides at grain boundary eausing intergranular corrosion which results in initiation of erack, thus leading to brittle intergranular fracture of the nut.
