湿法磷酸净化中往复式振动筛板塔的应用研究

摘    要:研究在往复式振动筛板萃取塔中用有机溶剂萃取湿法磷酸的性能,考察振动筛板萃取塔结构参数和操作条件对磷酸萃取率的影响。结果表明:筛板开孔率53%,筛板间距7cm,振动频率150r/min时,萃取率可达84%;结合洗涤和反萃可以得到合格的工业级磷酸。

Abstract:The property of organic solvent extracting WPA in the reciprocating sieve plate column is researched. And the influence of the structure parameters and operation conditions of vibrated orifice column on the extracted fraction of phosphoric acid is analyzed. The results show that the WPA extracted fraction of 84% is obtained at the free area rate of tray of 53%,tray spacing of 7 cm, and vibrating frequency of 150 r/min. So the qualified industrial phosphoric acid is gained by further washing and stripping sections.
