摘    要:利用比色法、化学发光法 ,研究了牡丹花提取物体对O·2 -、·OH、H2 O2 活性氧自由基的清除作用 ,以及通过Cu2 + Phen H2 O2 VC DNA发光体系研究牡丹花提取物对·OH引起的DNA氧化损伤的保护作用。试验结果表明 ,牡丹花提取物对O·2 -、·OH、H2 O2 自由基均有明显的清除作用 ,其 5 0 %抑制浓度 (IC50 )分别为 1 99 0、1 93 1 8、5 0 85 μg/mL ,并能保护·OH引发的DNA氧化损伤。

Abstract:The effects of the extract of peony flowers on removing active oxygen species in some modified chemical systems were investigated by chemiluminescence and spectrophotometry The inhibition of the damage DNA chain induced by hydroxyl radical by the extract from peony flowers was observed by chemiluminescence The results showed that the extract could efficiently remove O · 2-, ·OH , H 2O 2 and the 50% inhibition concentration (IC 50 ) are 199 0, 193 18, 50 85?μg/mL, respectively The extract also protected DNA chains from being damaged by hydroxyl radical
