摘    要:对乙醇在细菌合成纤维素的影响进行了考察,结果为:1)乙醇在菌体繁殖的过程中主要起到了能源的作用,而使得菌体能更好的利用蔗糖进行繁殖,得到大量的积累,结果使得纤维素产量的增大。2)菌体繁殖阶段是大量消耗营养阶段,纤维素合成阶段对营养的要求不是很高。

Abstract:Ethanol has been applied in our studies to find optimal condition for effective bacterial cellulose(BC) production. The results are followed as:l)The presence of ethanol in the culture medium significantly enhance cell concentration and production rate. Ethanol functions as an additional energy source for ATP generation,allowing sucrose to be used only BC synthesis. 2) The time of cell propagation needs a lot of nutriment,but the time of BC synthesis doesn't.
