以活性炭固载钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯工艺研究

摘    要:采用活性炭固载钛酸四丁酯作催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOP).确定了合成的最佳工艺条件为:醇酐摩尔比2.8∶1,酯化温度210℃,酯化时间2.5h,催化剂用量0.5%.在此条件下,产品DOP酯化转化率≥99.8%.结果表明,该催化剂催化活性好,后处理容易,可以重复使用,降低了成本,且无“三废”污染.

Abstract:ctivated carbon supported Ti(OBu)4 catalyst was prepared and used in catalytic synthesis of di(2ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP). The best technology parameters were obtained:the molar ratio of 2ethylhexyl alcohol to diphthalate is 2.81,reaction temperature is 210,reaction time is 2.5 h,the amount of catalyst is 0.5%.The transformation of the product reaches 99.8%.The results showed that this catalyst had higher catalytic activity for esterification, made simplicity in treating the products and could be reused,the production costs could be reduce and without the three wastes.
