聚丙烯酰胺的合成及其动力学研究

摘    要:研究了过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠-碳酸氢铵引发下丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合的动力学,导出了聚合动力学方程.同时,针对传统工艺中由于反应前后pH值的影响而带来的分子量低等缺点,在聚合的过程中添加碳酸氢铵,真正实现了变pH值聚合,得到了水溶性好、分子量高且为线性结构的聚丙烯酰胺产品,并对其进行了正交实验,得出了最佳工艺条件.

Abstract:The kinetics of polymerization of acrylamide in aqueous solution induced by ammonmm persulphate -sodium bisulfite -ammonium bicarbonate is studied and a kinetic equation is therefore obtained. At the same time, against the problem of small molecular weight because of the pH change in traditional technology, the pH changed polymerization is realized by addition of ammonium bicarbonate in the polymerization. The polyacrylamide product with good solubility and large molecular weight and linear structure is obtained. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained through orthogonal test.
