摘    要:以反应器共混的抗冲共聚聚丙烯(ICP)为研究对象,仿效使用两个共聚气相反应器生产ICP的原理,在ICP (多为一个共聚气相反应器生产)中加入高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)增韧改性,研究了共混体系的性能、形态及流变行为, 并对ICP与HDPE之间的相互作用进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract:Commercial impact copolymer polypropylene (ICP) blended with HOPE was studied to simulate those products made in polymerization process with three sequential reactors. The morphology, rheological behavior and mechanical properties of such blends were examined. Result shows that the blended HDPE could enter into the rubber phase of ICP and formed the core- shell composite particles,which made the ICP's impact strength improved considerably without a great loss of rigidity. Rheological study indicated that these blends were negative deviation blends (NDB) not in compliance with the logarithm additivity rule. DSC and DMA experiments proved an interaction between HDPE and ICP.
