摘    要:通过实验的方法研究了交指型质子交换膜(PEM)燃料电池运行中,电池温度、两极加湿温度、电池的工作压力及反应气体流量对电池性能的影响.根据实验结果绘制的电池极化曲线可以获得交指型流场的特性规律,电池两极的加湿温度决定了电池温度对性能提高或是降低的分界线.同时发现与常规蛇行流道不同,交指型流场燃料电池能够承受很高的两极加湿温度,这种能力在电池的阳极表现更为突出,得出操作压力对交指流场燃料电池性能的影响比常规蛇型流场影响程度要弱的结论.

Abstract:The effect of cell temperature,gas humidification temperature,pressure and reactant gas flow rate on the performance of PEM fuel cell was studied by experimetal methods.Some characteristics of the law with interdigitated flow fields from the cell polarization curves were obtained. The effect of the cell temperature on raising or lowering the performance of cell is due to the humidification temperatures of the electrodes. Meanwhile,different from the conventional snake flow field,the PEM fuel cell with interdigitated flow fields has stronger resistance to the humidification temperature. The capacity is even more prominent in anode of cell. It is concluded that the impact of the operating pressure on the performance of PEM fuel cell with interdigitated flow fields is weaker than that of the conventional flow fields.
