摘    要:建立了周期变化的移动热源模型,并引进卷积概念,推导了计算断续磨削时工件表层非稳态脉动温度场的理论公式。该公式可以包容连续磨削的情况,且可计算任意时刻的瞬态温度分布。利用推得的公式对断续磨削时的温度场及其降温机理作了深入的研究,并对关于理论公式进行了实验校核。

Abstract:The Periodic changing and inoving heat source niodei is structured. Moteover, a new theoretical formula for calculating intermittent grinding temperature field is obtained by use of the faltung integral concept. The recommended formula has genaral significance.It is suilable for both intermittent and convenlional continuous grinding. It is noteworthy that by use of this new formula not only the final temperature distribution of workpiece surface layer but also the whole time-course of the temperature distribution during grinding can be found. With the new formula the temperatnre distribution characteristic of workpiece surface during intermittent grinding,the effect of intermittent ratio and Period on temperature distribution and the reducing temperature effect of segmental or slotted wheel have been investigated in depth. Finally, through experment it has been confirmed that the new formula accords with the Practice of intermittent grinding. This creative work can be considered as an important contribution to the basic knowledge of intermittent grinding Process.
