乙烯裂解炉HPM挤压管的现场检测及失效原因分析

摘    要:天津联化公司SRT-Ⅳ-HS型乙烯裂解炉的炉管是国外研制的新型HPM合金挤压管,在服役过程中发现炉管穿孔泄漏。根据对2号炉所有HPM炉管的现场检测和金相组织检验结果,对炉管穿孔泄漏的原因进行了分析,指出超温是导致炉管早期破坏的主要原因。

Abstract:The SRT IV HS type furnace tube of Tianjin chemical company is foreign developed new Joint type HPM alloy extruded tube.The furnace tube leakage caused by perforation were found during the period of servece.Based on the results of examination in site and metallograph structure examination on all HPM furnace tubes of No2 furnace,the reasons of furnace tube perforation and leakage are analized.It is point out that the main reason of furnace tube failure in early days is supertemperlure.
