| Abstract: | Take the Yanqing station' s reforms as the example, by analyzing the risk point under special operation ways during the transformation period, the dispatch technical measure and the organizational measure are worked out and we have summarized the principles of emergency predetermined plan of dispatch safety which are suited in electrical network transformation period. |
