| 摘 要： | 本文对钴系统铁渣中Ni、Co金属含量较高的现状进行了分析，提出采用黄钠铁矾法除铁替代原来的中和水解法除铁。该工艺在生产中实施后，钱渣中Ni Co含量由7％降到1％左右,提高了金属回收率，提高了经济效益。

Application of Ferrum-removal by Combining Carphosiderit e and Natrojarosite in Cobalt System |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the condition of nickel and cobalt in the ferrous residue of the cobalt refining system and put forward the method of ferrum removal by combining carphosiderite and natrojarosite with the replacement of neutralization hydrolyze reaction.This method can decrease the content of nickel and cobalt in the residue from 7% to 1% in production,and improve the rate of metal recovery and raise the economic efficiency. |
