| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉对急性脑出血的治疗效果。方法将94例脑出血患者随机分为依达拉奉组和常规治疗组,依达拉奉组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉治疗。结果依达拉奉组在血肿及水肿体积上较常规治疗组改善更明显,神经功能缺损评分减分率高于常规治疗组,总有效率及显效率明显高于常规治疗组。结论依达拉奉可显著减轻脑水肿、促进脑出血患者的神经功能康复。
