摘    要:火电厂主汽温具有大惯性、大迟延和时变特性等特性,采用常规的PID串级控制难以获得满意的控制效果.为此,提出一种基于模糊自整定PID控制器的串级控制系统,该系统将模糊控制、PID控制和串级控制三者有机地相结合,提高了主汽温控制系统的控制品质.仿真结果表明:系统超调量、调节时间和抗干扰能力明显优于常规的PID串级控制.

Abstract:Because the fresh steam temperature variation of the thermal power plant is characterized by large inertial time-delay and variation with time, it is difficulty for conventional PID cascade control method to obtain satisfactory control effects. Therefore, a cas-cade control method based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is proposed, which combines fuzzy control, PID control and cascade control. The simulation result shows that the proposed control method is better than the conventional PID cascade control method in the system overshoot, the adjusting time and the capacity of anti-disturbance.
